We are bioinformaticians, genetics researchers, and software developers and look for a Digital Growth Manager to develop and strengthen our team.

As a Digital Growth Manager, you are responsible for setting up and running a set of interfaces, apps, and web tools to develop, strategically plan and efficiently implement a cross-functional digital growth strategy for cost optimization in all Platomics-related digital communications.

As a Digital Growth Manager, you have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, execute and continuously improve a systematic process centered around the modern consumer journey that unifies marketing, sales, operations, and IT to increase website traffic across multiple channels (such as web interface, analytics, CRM, newsletter automation, digital campaigns, etc)

  • Development, customization and implementation of Content Management Systems, optimizing and maintaining the SEO, and its integration with Web Analytics, CRM, and more tools.

  • Monitor and ensure an increase of the organic traffic growth (website and digital channels), ranking & visibility improvements, and website performance with respect to conversion rate optimization (SEO, SEA, CRO).

  • Setup, administrate and manage web tools in our digital communications ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Work with first- and third-party data to establish, monitor and deliver customized executive reports of the KPIs by using web analytics and sophisticated tools in order to uncover areas for improvement and growth, observing best practices, engagement, and costs minimization.

  • Work on cross projects & collaborate with team members

This position is available on a full-time, part-time or freelance basis, with the scope of responsibilities tailored accordingly. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge of Web Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEA, Cookies Management, CMS, Newsletter tools, CRO.

  • At least 5 years of experience in planning, executing and measuring digital/growth marketing strategies.

  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.

  • Ability to quickly understand requirements, think outside the box and provide creative solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master´s degree in engineering, business, marketing or similar.

  • 5+ years’ experience in growth marketing, SEO and CMS.

  • An understanding of customer journeys to establish growth marketing methods and processes.

  • A data-driven mindset to grow our communications KPIs.

  • Excellent spoken and written language skills in English is a necessity. German spoken skills are an advantage.

  • Ability to balance analytical acumen and creative thinking.

  • Great at building close, strong and harmonious relationships with cross-functional teams.

  • Organizational abilities.

  • Enthusiasm for an innovative, changing and learning culture.
