MARKETING AND SALES MANAGER
Platomics develops a global marketplace for personalized medicine to make the future of molecular diagnostics available today. We are a young vibrant team and apply the most advanced computing technologies to enable big data processing and analysis in healthcare. We are bioinformaticians, genetics researchers, and software developers and look for a Marketing and Sales Manager to develop and strengthen our team.
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible to develop strategies to translate customer needs to our development, design communication strategies for partners in the medical device industry and clinical laboratories, and define sales strategies to make Platomics an attractive and reliable partner in the market.

As a Marketing and Sales Manager you have the following responsibilities:
Research the market, customers, and stakeholders to shape our products and services according to their needs
Implement a communication strategy to promote our brand, services, and products to bring to market a revolutionary platform for genetic testing
Define and execute a sales strategy and implement tools to create leads, e.g. digital campaigns
Generate content for email campaigns, website/landing pages, social media posts, case studies, white papers, webinars, PowerPoint presentations to drive top-of-mind awareness.
Presentation of products internally and externally to Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
Extend and ensure accuracy of our CRM system
Oversee and plan the marketing budget and sales plan
Leadership of a young and smart team
Presence at meetings, fairs, and conferences
Motivate and create
Education in natural sciences, marketing and/or communications
5+ years experience in a similar marketing position
Good German and English language skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Professional, open, and friendly appearance
Experienced with digital marketing tools, social media content creation and monitoring
The ideal candidate has a background in the medical sector or (molecular) biology
The ideal candidate has established healthcare contacts in the area and is able to readily network in the community.
Experience with the health care system, pharma industry, or medical device industry
Experience with user management/experience software
Experience in sales for health care professionals
Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence
Working in one of the exciting and rapidly growing markets worldwide

You’ll earn an appropriate salary starting at EUR 75.000 gross (IT-KV). Willingness for over-payment is given for candidates with proper experience and/or qualifications.
